Hollow self & the rising Mist 1st Level Meditation 1/ The key is in your breathing deep long soft breathes & tell yourself nothing else matters. Keep the breathe even & feel it flowing into every part of your body. Sense the Air flowing into your mind to calm & quiet your thoughts. 2/ Imagine you are in a calm place centered balanced just you sensing you. Imagination all around you is a soft cool mountain mist touching all life around you. see if you can imagine the feeling this will increase the experience. 3/ Now focus your mind completely on the task at hand and start with the feet & toes, by imagining the cloud like mist flowing into your being. Its a gentle feeling but must be practiced with determination & undaunted focus. 4/ See the mist rising up slowly from the feet up the legs [take your time].Then slowly swirling gently into the thighs & lower chest and finally into the upper chest, 5/ Now visualize the mist flowing from the fingers up the arms into the upper chest and finally all the mist coming together and flowing up the neck into the head region, 6/ Sit with it and observe everything you see & sense...if a thought try's to distract you shoo it away. 7/ Stay within this state for 5-10 minutes. 8/ Then slowly come back to your normal everyday self & ground your energy in the physical world. 9/ Congratulations this is the start of tuning into your higher self. | ||||
