Enjoy some simple meditiations from Michael Lamb....

Mist Rising Up 1st Lul Meditation
  1. Visualize your whole being as an empty shell completely filled with mist.
  2. Now focus your mind completely on the task at hand and start with the feet
    and toes.
  3. See the mist rising up slowly from the feet up the legs into the thighs and
    lower chest and finally into the upper chest.
  4. Now visualize the mist flowing from the fingers up the arms into the upper
    chest and finally all the mist coming together and flowing up the neck into
    the head region.
  5. Sit with it in the head and observe everthing you see.

Now we have learnt basic commands let's try basic meditation.

Soul expansion through visualization & or imagination.
Visualization + imagination are your mental + emotional tools to create , visualize your soul being present in your chest, cavity and it is like a sun.

  1. Command my soul body is expanding and see it like rays of warmth + colour flowing out of you in every direction, thru + past any material objects.
  2. Command: I will hold this state of being + balance with it.
    Sense, feel + observe whilst in this state of being.
  3. Open eyes slowly, observe the material world.
  4. Or return, come back slowly.
  5. Explain experiences talk about feelings, sensations + differences to physical.  

Visualization:

  1. Visualize yourself on the beach and you are walking along taking in everything
    you see along with all sights, sounds and smells.
  2. Literally see yourself there! 5-10 mins.
  3. Come back to physical.
  4. Ask students what they saw, felt, experienced.
  5. Explain how this will benefit later with strenthning the mind and commands,
    plus shaping thoughts.

MEDITATION

MASTERING THOUGHTS + EMOTIONS,
1ST STEP; COMMANDS

Placing a mental command is focussing our thought energy into pure belief + make an outcome happen i.e. I will go to work today! And you go to work + not have a sickie!

Mental command:As I think it so shall it be

How many thoughts do you have in a day please tell me?
Your mind is constantly going on + on + on!!!

Now here's where the real test begins.
You have to quiet the mental mind. You do this by telling it to shut up your mind, your mind is constantly transmitting + receiving thoughts by the dozen (hundred)
Are they all your thoughts?
You have got to know yourselves!!
Thoughts are energy + you are surrounded by energy every day. Your home, your work and you relax, workout, or play immersed in thought energy.
That's why your mental commands have to be so strong.
So let's do the minute of silence again, and this time let's really try.


TIME

When your blood boils (i.e. when you let angry) you change your blood's chemical compositon thru en emotion and therefore mind emotion, body + mind change all moods constantly.
We take on a different appearence. Physically because wwe are alted to a situation emotionally or chemically. That's Ok every one of us has emotions, it's part of the alchemical matrix that holds us together.
Let's face it parties would be pretty boring if everyone had no emotions or were trying to be so spiritually balanced and the didn't express themselves in a way.
It's OK to be you.
Moods change our chemistry mentally + physically.
I love live, I love my life changes our mood our attitude if we believe it if we know it if we need it to be then we will it to be.


Sound + colour changes our moods attitudes + emotions

Not just outside us in our homes, vehicles and places we work or visit but internally as well when we clear our inds and body of thoughts + emotions and amplify a colour or sound with in us then we can change our energy in any way we want.

Changing our energy = changing our chemistry

You are a different person to who you were five-ten years ago.

Hopefully you have improved a since then. Well i don't live in a cave anymore.

Become a master of self first within reason that is we are not doing the tetragermatron just yet.

1. Balance your emotions
2. Self control
3. Increased awareness
4. Comfortable with yourself
5. healing oneself + others
    then slowly thru the keys of time you will understand and master.

Physical body
Mental mind
Astral (soul) body

Material emotions distort reality your whole being has emotional triggers which can be influenced by just going shopping or working with difficult people.
This is where bringing in a balance of colour + sound, brings forth emotional control within.

You must learn to master yourself bringing about emotional balance.
So many people have expressed me about the emotional stress their children are going thru at their high school exams as they feel and see it in their dreams before they arrive at school next day only to walk into a negative emotional energy.

Place positive thoughts a talisman attracts good powers an amulet wards off evil powers.
